Hi, I'm Brittany.
I have been a graphic designer for the last ten years, leading creative teams and brands as an art director or senior designer for the last five.
As a leader, I am passionate about helping form healthy creative teams, mentoring junior designers, and working cross-departmentally to make exceptional creative work.
As a designer, I can handle any branding or marketing project, but I have specialized in book covers and editorial design in the Christian publishing space. I use design thinking and collaboration daily to help craft visually compelling products and branding.
I am a clear communicator with the ability to rally stakeholders at every level, and the emotional intelligence to help navigate tricky situations.
In my most recent position I was responsible for art directing and shipping about 60 book covers a year, 12 issues of magazines, and helping to lead a team of 10-12 designers—all while at part-time status.
