Philadelphia Eagles Feature

November/December 2017

For this issue of Bible Study Magazine, we featured the Philadelphia Eagles NFL team and their tight knit Bible study. It was so cool to hear their story and break out of our norm for cover interviews, and the team went on to win the Superbowl that season!

"This group is, without a doubt, extremely unique,” Chris Maragos says. “This is my third team in eight years, and the reason why it’s super-unique is because we have so many solid leaders and guys who are well-versed in the word. These guys are willing to get out in the community and share the gospel, serve each other around the [team] facility, and be invested in each other’s lives on a daily basis.”

For the design, I knew I wanted to swing to the athletic style, but in a very refined way. We had some great photos to feature, and I stuck to a minimalist black and white palette to let them shine.
