This was a redesign of a classic resource, and I took a bit of a different research approach as I started this project. There is a very distinct “code” for Bible Atlases, so I worked a lot with a moodboard of all of the different atlases on the market already. The key question was how much to kit into that field vs how much to stand out.

In the end, we went with an option that carries the same Moody wordmark from a very well selling title, The Moody Bible Commentary, in order to build on that brand knowledge. A few of the other comps are in the gallery below.
